Bibi and Dad Make and Enjoy Unique and Delicious Mugwort Cake!

It was a cozy morning in the CUTIS family kitchen, and little Bibi was bouncing with excitement. Today, she and Dad had a special plan: they were going to make mugwort cake! Not just any cake—but a soft, fragrant, green treat made with love and tradition.

Dad rolled up his sleeves, and Bibi put on her tiny apron. “Let’s do this!” she said proudly, holding a bunch of fresh mugwort leaves they had picked from the garden earlier that week.

They washed the leaves, ground them into a smooth green paste, and added rice flour, a touch of sugar, and warm water. Bibi giggled as the dough formed under her tiny hands—it was squishy and fun to shape!

“Let’s make them look like little moons,” Bibi suggested, and Dad smiled. Together, they shaped the cakes and carefully steamed them while the sweet earthy aroma began to fill the air.

After a while, Dad lifted the lid. “Ready!” he announced. The cakes were soft, shiny, and beautiful—each one with Bibi’s tiny fingerprints pressed in.

Sitting down together at the table, they took their first bites. The taste was unlike anything else—earthy, lightly sweet, and warm. Bibi’s eyes lit up.

“Mmm! It tastes like the garden and love mixed together!”

Dad laughed, “That’s because you helped.”

They shared the cakes with the rest of the family, even offering one to Monkey KaKa, who sniffed it curiously before taking a nibble.

The kitchen was full of laughter, warm smiles, and the smell of something special. It wasn’t just about the mugwort cake—it was about a memory made between father and daughter, one that would stay with them forever
